Purpose
Business Pipeline, Inc. uses artificial intelligence (AI) as a productivity and research tool to improve efficiency, enhance the client experience, and support internal operations. AI is used to assist, not replace, professional judgment, experience, or client relationships.
Our Commitment
Business Pipeline is committed to using AI responsibly, ethically, and transparently. Every recommendation, analysis, communication, or deliverable provided to a client is reviewed by Jacqueline Edwards before it is shared. AI does not make business decisions on behalf of our clients.
How AI May Be Used
AI may be used to assist with:

- Organizing, summarizing, or formatting information.
- Brainstorming ideas and conducting general research.
- Improving workflows and internal business processes.

How AI Is Not Used
Business Pipeline does not rely on AI to replace professional judgment or independent analysis. AI is not used to make final recommendations without human review.
Confidentiality
Business Pipeline exercises care when using AI tools. Confidential information is handled in accordance with our confidentiality standards and applicable privacy obligations. Information is reviewed before being entered into AI systems, and reasonable steps are taken to avoid disclosing sensitive client information unless appropriate safeguards are in place.
Accuracy
AI-generated information may contain errors or incomplete information. For that reason, all AI-assisted work is reviewed, verified, and edited before it is provided to clients or published.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for the business decisions they make. Business Pipeline provides professional guidance based on experience, analysis, and sound business judgment. AI is one of many tools used to support that process.
